I am a son of my Father in Heaven.  What He says about me, defines me. 

I am a beloved child.

I am meant to be transformed and to live transformed; joy is normal, love is normal, the fullness of the fruit of the Spirit is normal because He lives in me.  

I have been made new.  I was born of Adam, now I am born again. 

I am set free of the chains that bind me because greater is He that is in me than he that is in the world. 

Compassion is normal, in fact, it is the second commandment.

Do not listen to the lies that are trying to defile your mind."
